A quick update on v0.4

Hey guys, I know it's been a while and I said v0.4 would be out right about now. It's about 90-95% done, but it's not quite ready yet. I'm hoping to have it done in the next few days, but that might mean it's released in the latter half of the month. Either way, it shouldn't be much longer before v0.4 is released.

Until then, I'll have to leave you stuck in Sutton.
